All product sales are valid only for EXCHANGE within 14 days from the purchase date. (Excludes Skincare products. Skincare product sales are final)
• Salon Etiquette
It is recommended that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow for adequate time for appointment check-in and getting settled before your salon experience.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in the need to reschedule your appointment. All efforts will be made to assist with having services performed the same day. In some cases in order to accommodate same day rescheduling, you may need to book with a different stylist. Whenever possible please call the salon to let us know you are running late.
If experiencing services on the same day as a friend or a family member please be respectful to their experience as well as the experience of other guests. When waiting for others to have services completed we request that you wait in the waiting area.
We ask that you call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment.
While we do everything possible to accommodate the needs of our clients, we are not able to offer childcare during appointments. We work with extremely hot and sharp objects that could be potently dangerous to unsuspecting children. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests.
Please understand that we no longer allow children under 12 in the salon as of May 1st, 2016. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

HARU salon + spa is a team environment, and our customer satisfaction is our utmost importance. We want to ensure when you walked out our door happy – it will stay that way. If for any reason you are unhappy with the services that were provided, or just simply needed a quick fix, we would like to have an opportunity to have you come back into the salon to have the services redone complimentary.
- Clients are welcome to come in with their original stylist for a complimentary re-do or per situation, we can recommend another stylist. (Additional charge might occur depends on stylist level and etc.)
- When returning for a re-do service, please contact the salon within 2 weeks of the original appointment date to honor the complimentary service.
- Please note that the re-do guarantee does not apply if the client decides to completely change the original look given from their last visit 2 weeks ago.
